Ibtikar is a Balanced Excellence product. It started as the spreadsheets, shared folders and emailed Word forms of real preparations, and became the portal that replaced all three.
Who we are

Where your documents live, and who can open them
The boundaries are enforced in the database, under the account that is asking — not only in the screens.
- Your documents stay in your own storage — SharePoint, OneDrive or wherever they are kept. Ibtikar keeps only the link, and access is decided there.
- Files uploaded before links replaced uploads sit in private storage; downloads go through links that expire in minutes and are logged with a name.
- Every query runs scoped to one organisation, enforced by the database rather than by the page.
- Contributors reach only their own function's categories; a Function link reaches only the function it was made for.
- Consultants reach only the clients they are assigned to; internal notes and ratings never cross to the client's side.

Ibtikar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Global Innovation Institute, and it awards no certification. It prepares and organises the evidence an assessment asks for. CInOrg®, CGInO®, InMAT and GInMAT are GInI's own names, used here to say what the portal is for.
